What is the promotion?
Registered HHonors members must first register at HHonors.com/DoubleUp prior to check-out of your first stay within the Promotion Period. Members will earn Double Points beginning on the completion of their second eligible stay at participating hotels.

November 1 through January 31, 2015 (‘Promotion Period’)

What does Double Points mean?
“Double Points” means you will receive a bonus equal to the number of Base Points earned during an eligible stay. Bonus Points earned on Base Points do not count toward tier qualification. Please allow six to eight weeks from completion of your second stay for points to appear in your HHonors account.
Do I have to change my Double Dip® Earnings Style Option in my HHonors account in order to receive Double and/or Triple Points for this promotion?
No. However, to maximize the number of points you can earn during the promotion, selecting HHonors Points and HHonors Points would be best.
Do I have to register for this promotion?
Yes. HHonors members must register for the promotion at HHonors.com/DoubleUp.
When I register for this promotion, can I use my user name and password to register?
Yes. You can use either your Hilton HHonors™ number or user name when you log in and subsequently enter your password, just like you do when you log on with your account to make a reservation.
I am not an HHonors member; can I participate in this promotion?
Yes. You can join the HHonors program for free, register for the promotion and immediately be eligible to participate. Simply visit HHonors.com/DoubleUp and follow the steps to join HHonors and register for the promotion simultaneously.

What if I already have a reservation, is it eligible for the promotion?
Yes, as long as the member is registered for the promotion prior to check-out of their first stay and the reservation within the promotion period is for an eligible stay.
If I check-in before November 1, 2014 or check-out after January 31, 2015, do I still earn credit for that stay?
All nights of an eligible stay completed during the Promotion Period, regardless of a check-in date before the Promotion Period begins or a check-out date after the Promotion Period ends, will be counted for registered HHonors members. The first stay will count towards the promotion bonus, but is not eligible for the Double Up Bonus Points. The second stay will count toward the promotion bonus, and is eligible for the Double Up Bonus Points.
Will I receive Double Points for any stays within the Promotion Period that I completed PRIOR to registering for the promotion?
No. Only members registered prior to check-out of their first eligible stay will receive Double Points beginning on their second eligible stay within the Promotion Period.
Will the Double Points apply to all points received during the stay?
The offer applies only to Base Point earnings for the eligible nights completed beginning with the second stay after the member registers within the Promotion Period and does not include Elite tier bonus or other Bonus Points.
When will the Bonus Points post to my HHonors account?
Please allow 6-8 weeks from the completion of your stay for the Bonus Points to appear in your HHonors account.
If I have two rooms at the same time with my family, do both of those rooms count toward my promotion bonus if I am paying for them both?
Yes. We can credit a maximum of 2 rooms within the promotion period beginning on the second stay of the HHonors account associated with the reservation.
The rooms will not be eligible for the bonus on the first stay.
The rooms will not be eligible to count as the first and second stay.
A "stay" is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, whether or not a guest checks out and checks back in again.
Will members earn Double Points for Reward Stays for this promotion?
Members will earn Double Points beginning on the second eligible stay, after registering, for incidental charges at participating hotels within the Hilton HHonors portfolio during a Reward Stay, provided such charges are deemed eligible folio charges. This does not apply to incidental charges for stays at Hampton, Home2 Suites or Homewood Suites by Hilton. For a complete explanation, see number 14 under Accrual of Points here.
Can I register for other promotions if I register for this promotion?
Yes, unless stated otherwise in the Terms and Conditions of other select promotions, a member can register for multiple promotions.
