What is the name of this Hilton HHonors™ promotion?
“Double Up with Double Points”
What is the promotion?
Registered Hilton HHonors members will earn Double Hilton HHonors Bonus Points per stay completed during the Promotion Period, and starting October 4th members will earn an additional Double Hilton HHonors Bonus Points per stay completed during the Promotion Period that was booked via the Hilton HHonors App. There is no limit to the total amount of Bonus Points that may be earned during the Promotion Period with this offer.
What is the Promotion Period for the “Double Up with Double Points” Hilton HHonors promotion?
September 1, 2016 through January 31, 2017 (‘Promotion Period’)
What is an eligible stay?
An eligible stay is defined in the Hilton HHonors Terms & Conditions under Accrual of Points number 3.
What does Double Points mean?
"Double Points" means you will receive a bonus equal to the number of Base Points earned during an eligible stay.
How will the Points be calculated?
For the Double Up promotion, Double Points are calculated as 1 X Base Points. So, if the Base Points earned are 1,500 Points, then a bonus of 1,500 points will be applied for the Double Up promotion. If the completed stay was booked via the Hilton HHonors App, another 1,500 points will be awarded.
Do I have to change my MyWay™ Earnings Style Option in my Hilton HHonors account in order to receive Double Points for this promotion?
No. However, to maximize the number of points you can earn during the promotion, selecting Hilton HHonors Points & Points would be best.
Do I have to register for this promotion?
Yes. Hilton HHonors members must register for the promotion at Hilton HHonors.com/DoubleUp.
Do I have to register again for the promotion to earn Triple Points for stays booked in the Hilton HHonors app?
If you registered prior to October 4th, you will not have to register again to earn Triple Points for stays booked in the app. Triple Points can only be earned from October 4, 2016 through January 31, 2017.

I am not a Hilton HHonors member; can I participate in this promotion?
Yes. You can join the Hilton HHonors program for free, register for the promotion and immediately be eligible to participate. Simply visit HHonors.com/DoubleUp and follow the steps to join Hilton HHonors and register for the promotion simultaneously.

Are all rates included in this promotion?
No. A list of ineligible rates can be found under the Hilton HHonors Terms and Conditions: Accrual of Points number 3.
If I already have a reservation, is it eligible for the promotion?
Yes, as long as the member is registered for the promotion prior to check-out of the stay and the reservation is for an eligible stay. Regardless of when a reservation was booked, any registered guests with nights within the Promotion Period will receive the promotion bonus.
If I check-in before September 1, 2016 or check-out after January 31, 2017, do I still earn credit for that stay?
Registered Hilton HHonors members will receive a bonus only for the nights of an eligible stay completed during the Promotion Period, regardless of a check-in date before the Promotion Period begins or a check-out date after the Promotion Period ends.
Will I receive Bonus Points with the “Double Up with Double Points” promotion for any stays within the Promotion Period that I completed PRIOR to registering for the promotion?
No. Only members registered prior to check-out will receive Bonus Points with the “Double Up with Double Points” promotion for nights within the Promotion Period.
When will the Bonus Points post to my Hilton HHonors account?
Please allow 6-8 weeks from the completion of your stay for the Bonus Points to appear in your Hilton HHonors account.
If I have two rooms at the same time with my family, do both of those rooms count toward my promotion bonus if I am paying for them both?
Yes. We can credit a maximum of 2 rooms.
Will members earn Double Points with the “Double Up with Double Points” promotion for Reward Stays for this promotion?
Members will earn Bonus Points with the “Double Up with Double Points” promotion if they have incidental charges during a Reward Stay, provided such charges are deemed eligible folio charges. This does not apply to incidental charges for stays at Hampton, Home2 Suites or Homewood Suites by Hilton. For a complete explanation, see number 14 under Accrual of Points here.
Can I register for other promotions if I register for this promotion?
Yes, unless stated otherwise in the Terms and Conditions of other select promotions, a member can register for multiple promotions.
